As a systemic thinker, Caroll is certified in Hawksoft Agency Management Software, AMS Agency Management System Software, and Jenesis.

Caroll is a graduate of San Martin University in Lima, Peru. Her passion for technology and helping people on a global scale merge in her volunteer work with IChurch of Charlotte, where she serves in the area of social media. She also works with the local YMCA.
