JT Hasty

J.T. Hasty works as an account executive in our Hampton, Virginia office. J.T. has worn many hats as part of the Towne family, including bank teller and banking office for TowneBank. After 10 years in banking, J.T. went on to pursue his current role as a commercial lines risk advisor with Towne Insurance. In addition to this, J.T. is also a licensed realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services by Towne Realty.

J.T. is very active with many organizations in Virginia, including YMCA SHR Mount Trashmore, Elder’s Hose, Children’s Harbor, the National African American Insurance Association, Tidewater Arts Outreach, and Sub-Culture Inc. He is also the treasurer for the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals and the Co-Chair of the TowneBank Emerging Leaders DEI. J.T. is a graduate of Virginia State University and holds an MBA from Regent University.
