She brings over two decades of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, as well as a background in nursing, which she uses to deliver compliant, value-driven insurance solutions built on trust and long-term relationships. Melissa focuses on assessing risk, recommending coverage solutions, and guiding clients through policy decisions, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and protected.

She holds PCIA and Liberty Mutual Lamplighter Club recognitions and is active in her community by serving on the board of Trails of Purpose and with Samaritan House.
